Expedited Delivery
This item will be delivered by one of our national carrier partners, USPS or Canada Post. We aim to send out your order within 1 business day and it generally takes 3-6 business days for your order to arrive at your door.
Delivery process
Expedited Delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location.
Expedited Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you.
Delivery costs
We offer free shipping on orders $40 and above. On orders less than $40, shipping is a flat rate of $8.99
Multiple shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we will combine the items into one parcel, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Please send it back to us in its original packaging. Credits are issued in the form of refund or store credit. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. Damages
